Choosing the right Dental Implantologist is very difficult if you only know a little about the procedure, so I would like to introduce myself...
I have been a dentist for 25 years after qualifying from Guy's hospital in London.
In 1997 I started my implant training - with a yearlong course at the Eastman Dental Institute in London and courses in America, Hong Kong, Germany, France and Austria.
In 2005 I became the first dentist in the region to achieve the Royal College of Surgeons Implant Diploma and I am now Cohort Course Director and examiner for the course.
I opened the Southampton Implant Centre in 2008 to concentrate solely on dental implants and related cosmetic work. Since then we have seen our client base dramatically increase with clients from all over the UK.
The majority of patients are referred by their own dentist to us for dental implant advice and treatment and continue to see their own dentist for routine care. Please feel free to call if you would like advice or more information on how I can work with your preferred dentist.
There are many Dentists that perform implantology but there are only a few with this level of training and experience in the UK.
